This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and committed to delivering outstanding customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Arabic, addressing their telecommunications needs and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat in Arabic. Assist customers with account access, billing concerns, and service modifications. Provide accurate information on existing offers, product features, and service availability. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer experiences. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry developments to better serve customers. Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the telecommunications field, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
