Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for an Arabic Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure and trustworthy online environment by monitoring content, managing user safety incidents, and enforcing community guidelines adapted to Arabic-speaking users. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and interactions to identify potential safety violations specific to the Arabic-speaking community. Investigate reported safety incidents thoroughly and apply appropriate measures to resolve issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve policies that ensure digital trust and safety for Arabic users. Produce detailed reports on safety trends and incidents to support decision-making processes. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital safety within the Arabic-speaking online environment. Communicate clearly and effectively with users to promote awareness and adherence to safety practices. Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required. Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related digital safety roles is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication skills, capable of managing sensitive user interactions with professionalism and empathy. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward identifying and mitigating potential risks. Familiarity with online safety tools, content management systems, and social media platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
