Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Arabic Speaking HR Manager for our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the hotel’s HR operations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HR processes to support a high-performing hospitality team. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals Support employee relations and address employee inquiries or concerns Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Maintain HR records and generate reports for management Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a manager Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team The Salary is AED 12,000 - 15,000++
