Apt Resources is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Arabic-speaking Human Resources Officer to join our client's team a prestigious multinational client in the Power sector in Riyadh. This role is crucial in supporting the HR function across various campuses and ensuring compliance with local labor laws while promoting a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization. Handle recruitment processes by sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in alignment with the company’s needs. Manage employee onboarding programs and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Support employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in the region to ensure compliance. Conduct training sessions on HR policies and employee development initiatives. Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with the management on performance management systems and talent development strategies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational companies or the power sector. Proficiency in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the region. Experience with HR software and personnel management systems. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus. Competitive Salary as Per Market Standards
