Apt Resources is seeking a talented and motivated Arabic-speaking Recruiter/Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both recruiting top talent and supporting various HR functions to ensure effective workforce management. Your primary focus will be attracting, screening, and employing qualified candidates while fostering a positive work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for positions. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate evaluations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expertise on best practices. Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Support HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or human resources officer, preferably in a similar industry. Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills. Familiarity with recruitment software and HR management systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the region. A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
