Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Arabic Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will monitor, review, and moderate social media content in Arabic to ensure it complies with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming online environment for Arabic-speaking users. Key Responsibilities Monitor and moderate social media content in Arabic according to community standards and company policies. Respond professionally and promptly to user interactions in Arabic. Identify, escalate, and manage inappropriate or harmful content in line with company procedures. Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategy and community engagement. Stay informed about social media trends, policies, and moderation best practices. Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and sound judgment skills. Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
