We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Arabic Teacher to join a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Manchester. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and progress across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to engage with language learning and Middle Eastern culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised overseas qualification.
  • A recognised TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching Arabic, ideally within a UK secondary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A genuine commitment to raising student achievement and supporting personal development.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote strong student progress and language acquisition.
  • Support students of varying abilities with creative, inclusive and differentiated teaching strategies.
  • Foster a positive learning environment where every student feels motivated and valued.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress and achievement in line with school policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practice.
  • Engage actively in school life, including attending staff meetings, contributing to enrichment activities, and supporting whole-school initiatives.
