A reputed travel company is seeking a skilled Corporate Travel Consultant (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team at one of the most attractive and fast-growing companies in the travel industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong corporate travel background, exceptional client service skills, and expertise in travel management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and tailor customized travel packages to meet client requirements.
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, car transfers, travel insurance, and meet & assist services.
Ensure compliance with client travel policies, providing expert guidance on fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
Process ticket issuance, re-issuance, and cancellations efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and destination management to offer informed recommendations.
Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues proactively.
Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of corporate travel experience.
Proficiency in Amadeus & NDC booking systems (mandatory).
Strong technical skills in ticketing, reissues, and travel documentation.
In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, airline policies, and corporate travel management.
Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
