We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
Communicative level of English (at least B1)
You live in Sofia, Bulgaria or you are ready to relocate
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Interest in Sports
Responsibilities
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Assisting customers with account-related queries, such as account setup, password resets, and account verification.
Providing basic technical support to help customers navigate the platform or troubleshoot common technical problems.
Educating customers on how to use the platform, including features and functionalities.
Ensuring that all customer interactions comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Gathering customer feedback to help improve products and services.
