Your Tasks

• Independently creating work plans, parts lists and test plans, with a focus on structural assembly, coating, as well as qualification components, samples and FAI’s
• Modifying and creating work plans and test plans
• Defining and preparing data for manual/automated assembly steps (ADTM software)
• Creation and maintenance of parameter-valid production parts lists based on drawings
• Independent design and development of efficient production processes and manufacturing technologies, as well as the design of operating resources and preparatory work for commissioning
• Planning and compiling work packages for production in coordination with the specialist departments
• Creation of manufacturing and test instructions
• Optimisation of production processes and implementation of lean measures
• Operation and evaluation of data acquisition software in the area of structural assembly
• Coordination of the individual specialist departments and creation of production orders and production control for development projects
• Key user for production-related IT systems (MES, SAP modules, TC)

Your Qualifications

• Training as a master craftsman, technician or degree (in mechanical engineering, production engineering)
• Several years of professional experience in AV and manufacturing in the field of structural assembly and coating
• Knowledge of determining planning and machine times
• Confident use of SAP TC, CAD, Microsoft Office applications
• Confident use of Catia V5, AutoCAD, NX is an advantage
• Knowledge and methods of optical and tactile geometry measurement are an advantage
