Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and fair-minded Arbitration Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll help resolve post-sale disputes with Clutch wholesale vehicle buyers, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and in line with OMVIC and auction policies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Investigate vehicle condition disputes such as frame damage, mechanical issues, odometer discrepancies.
  • Review inspections, diagnostics, and Carfax reports to determine claim validity.
  • Interpret and apply arbitration rules from our partners including Openlane, ADESA, and EBlock for auction-specific policies.
  • Coordinate inspections, document case details, and communicate resolutions professionally.
  • Work closely with internal teams and buyers to facilitate fair and timely outcomes.
