POSITION OVERVIEW

The Arbor Production Manager is a leadership role within our Arborcare Division, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality tree care services across multiple job sites. This position oversees daily field operations, enters and verifies information using computers, and ensures all work is completed to client expectations and industry standards.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can blend technical expertise in tree care with strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills. You’ll also support equipment oversight, job planning, crew morale, and administrative coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
