Your key responsibilities will be: Delivering Arboricultural support functions for Local Planning Authorities. Undertaking Tree surveys in accordance with BS5837:2012 BS5837 report and plan preparation Acting as an Arboricultural Clerk of Works/ Arboricultural Works Site Supervisor. Tree hazard assessment surveying (PTI/QTRA/THREATS) Helping to market and develop the Arboricultural services offered to new and existing clients About you Hold a degree or at least a Level 3 Arboricultural qualification, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Arboriculture (or equivalent) Possess demonstrable experience in relation to the UK’s Planning systems with a robust knowledge of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and the Tree Preservation Order process Possess demonstrable experience in tree surveying, including conducting Visual Tree Assessments (VTA) and completing BS 5837:2012 surveys and reports within either an consultancy or commercial setting. Robust knowledge of ArcGIS & CAD packages to enable plan submissions to clients Be a confident and effective communicator to help develop client relationships whilst working on site Have a full clean UK driving licence; to travel to various job sites as required.
