The Opportunity We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Tree Surgeon to take on a senior role, supervising Arboricultural Teams, working closely with the Arboriculture Area Manager within our Operations Team. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise arborist teams across varied sites Coordinate daily operations Contribute to scheduling and programming of works Ensure high standards of safety and quality, undertaking audits and team engagement Communication with Highways, Utility Companies, Customers and Supply chain Mentor junior staff and support their development Contribute to tree planting, conservation, and habitat enhancement projects.
