ABOUT THE ROLE

ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is looking for a self-driven, technically astute and resilient Sales Manager to lead the national growth of LOKPOD® – ARC’s game-changing product in the residential construction space.
This is a 12-month maternity leave contract offering valuable exposure to the reinforcing industry, with potential career pathways across our wider business units.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales leadership, technical product development, and market expansion. You’ll work closely with the ARC General Manager and Regional Managers to drive strategy, build strong industry relationships, and guide the market adoption of LOKPOD®.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Liaise with client engineers and technical stakeholders to support the specification and adoption of LOKPOD® on engineering plans.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Key Account Managers, ensuring confidence in solution delivery and value articulation.
  • Lead and influence the integration of LOKPOD® into ARC’s national sales pipeline and broader market strategy.
  • Drive sales growth across existing and new customer segments, working alongside regional sales teams.
  • Manage and update the LOKPOD® growth pipeline, presenting performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing to amplify LOKPOD®’s presence in the market — focusing on innovation, sustainability, and customer success.
  • Partner with manufacturing and supply teams to meet customer requirements, maintain quality standards, and ensure consistent product availability.
  • Act as the national product lead, overseeing product development initiatives and aligning internal teams around continuous improvement.
This is more than a sales role — it’s a tactical sales position that blends technical influence, market development, and product innovation to drive a national agenda.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a powerful combination of strategic thinking, technical insight, and relationship-building expertise.
