Job Summary:
Join our team as a Supervisor in a dynamic leisure setting where you will oversee operations and ensure exceptional guest services. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the working floor to deliver outstanding visitor services
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, stock refilling, ticket filling, and resolving customer issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to enhance the overall visitor experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in the arcade setting is helpful but not essential
- Proven ability to work hard and motivate a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with visitors, staff, and management
