We are looking to acquire staff to help with the Redemption shop and some attendant work here at Golden Coast Holiday Park with the Arcade team.
Applicants MUST be 18 or over.
An ideal candidate would be available for work all week, including weekends, working up to 6 days a week during peak times. Once training is completed, you will be able to run the arcade by yourself, with occasional help from others when required.
Applicants are not required to have worked in the sector previously, as full training will be provided, but we appreciate initiative and a willingness to figure things out themselves.
Your own transport is a must, as the location of the Park in Woolacombe makes public transport use difficult for start and finish times.
Morning shifts start at 9am (10am during off-peak), latest evening shifts finish at 11pm (10pm during off-peak).
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to learn how to resolve simple issues with machines when required (Full training provided)
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Help guests redeem prizes for their tickets in the Redemption Shop
- Assist guests with inquiries and machine issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade
