ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team at Bowl Central—home to 6 bowling lanes, a cocktail lounge bar, and our popular arcade and prize zone, Prizes.
As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the arcade and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your focus will be on creating memorable visits for our customers through high-quality service, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the arcade and prize redemption area
  • Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional customer service at all times
  • Maintain excellent front-of-house presentation and cleanliness
  • Assist with evening close-down procedures to the highest standard
  • Follow instructions and procedures as directed by the management team
  • Remain flexible to support shift cover when needed
