An established and well-known entertainment brand that is fresh and new has landed in London and requires an experienced technical staff with extensive and comprehensive knowledge of rides and arcade machine supervision and maintenance.

The role will support in all areas of machine maintenance and reporting, reporting to the Technical manager on a daily basis. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Carry out the effective repair of amusement machines equipment.
• Ensure issues are diagnosed efficiently and correctly.
• Requesting the parts needed for repair with specific details.
• Ensure parts are fitted efficiently and correctly.
• Ability to work independently and take control of fixing faults in arcade machines, rides and vending machines
• Daily test plays and checks on the machines
• Updating all current machine issues and working/ not working machines on a ticketing system.
• Carry out PPM on a regular basis to reduce downtime.

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Technical arcade industry experience
• Networking
• Pc repair/diagnostics

  Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
