Arcade Mania consists of the most innovative arcade games in the Caribbean. Service technicians are an integral part of the success of the operation as they are responsible for maintaining all equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicates daily with Arcade managers
• Orders parts as needed through Arcade lead
• Receives parts and ensures distribution
• Assists Office Coordinator in returns
• Updates as needed all techs on machine safety needs
• Main point of contact with Corporate staff
• Provides daily summary report to Management staff
• Provides daily maintenance to equipment
• Complete daily safety checklist for all equipment.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be okay with and able to pass a drug test
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
• Weekends and evenings are a must
• Must be able and willing to stand for long periods of time
• Minimum three years technical experience preferably in electronics
