Position: Host (Permanent Part-Time) The Role at a Glance: This position presents a positive first impression of the establishment’s friendliness, excellent service and high standards. Your Day To Day Duties: * Greeting guests in a positive and energetic manner * Communicating with the team to ensure we have the right * Using OpenTable to organize and improve on customer experience * Seat guests and provide support to the servers and bartenders * Maintaining cleanliness of restaurant * Prepare the restaurant for opening * Closing restaurant at the end of night * Greet Guests upon arrival * Inform Guests of their wait time * Monitor waiting lists * Enter Guest names into the computer system * Show Guests to their table and bid Guests farewell as they leave. * Support by filling beverages  * Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glasses and menus * Answer the phones and fillto-go orders when needed. * Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times. * Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. You have: * A welcoming and enthusiastic can-do attitude with sincerity * Excellent ability to provide the utmost WOW factor experience to our guests. * Strong communication skills * Remain professional and poised during peak service hours * Prior restaurant/customer service experience preferred Special Requirements and Certifications: * Smart Serve Certification is an asset but not required * Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job Room to Grow: We are expanding to new locations and the right candidate could see opportunities to not only grow within the business, but work in new and exciting places. Responsibilities
