Join our team to help bring sophistication and creativity to life’s most important celebrations. We’re seeking a talented Architect (2D–3D Design) to join our dynamic creative team. Overview: As an Architect (2D–3D) at our event planning agency, you will play a key role in conceptualising and visualizing spatial layouts and event structures. You’ll transform creative concepts into practical, aesthetic, and technically accurate designs that merge architectural vision with event functionality. Key Responsibilities: -Collaborate with the design and sales teams to understand client requirements, event themes, and venue constraints. -Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations for event spaces. -Create mood boards and design presentations that illustrate spatial flow, materials, and structural elements. -Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with safety, structural, and operational guidelines. -Liaise with operations and suppliers to communicate technical drawings, material requirements, and setup instructions. -Provide clear costing breakdowns and material estimates to support the sales and operations teams. -Participate in on-site inspections and event setups to ensure design accuracy and quality execution. Qualifications & Skills: -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. -3+ years’ experience as an Architect, preferably in events, exhibition design, or interior architecture. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or equivalent 2D/3D software. -Strong creative vision with technical precision and problem-solving ability. -Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts visually and verbally. -Collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail. Additional Information: -Role requires close coordination with Operations. -Flexibility is key; occasional on-site work during event setup is expected.
