WE’RE HIRING: ARCHITECT / ADVISORY TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Duration: Initial 3-month engagement (Immediate start) with potential for extension

Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Chatswood, Sydney

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

A leading healthcare provider is embarking on a major infrastructure transformation, migrating from legacy systems to a modern, self-managed environment. We’re looking for an experienced Architect / Advisory Technical Consultant to lead this initiative across End User Computing (EUC) and Data Centre/Application Migration domains.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Lead architectural planning and execution for:

  • EUC design and migration

  • Data Centre and Application migration

    Provide strategic guidance on:

  • Microsoft O365 tenancy migration (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)

  • Windows 11 SOE rollout
  • Server migration and domain transition

    Address technical concerns including:

  • LDAP integration

  • Cross-domain user authentication
  • Application access continuity

    Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth migration of:

  • ~120 sites and ~2,200 users

  • ~40 applications (Linux/Windows-based, using DICOM and HL7 protocols)

    Support infrastructure alignment:

  • New Data Centre setup with stretched VLANs, consistent IP schema

  • SD-WAN migration (TPG/Fortinet)
  • Telephony transition (WinCentral)
