Job Description Job Summary: A Site Architect is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects on-site. This role involves ensuring that the design intent is realized during construction, coordinating with various stakeholders, and addressing any issues that arise during the building process. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site to ensure that the architectural design is implemented correctly and according to the plans. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards. Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues. Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, making adjustments to plans as necessary. Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the project. Specific Skills Required Site experience in estimation, installation and all site activities related to all Architectural works for construction of variety of building projects. Familiar with all the Architectural Engineering methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment, materials, consumables, tools related to Architectural l works for building projects. Well versed in interpreting and executing Architectural related drawings. Have the knowledge of the related Authorities’ requirements Computer literate – proficient in programs such as AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the relevant discipline design software. Villa and Commercial buildings experience required with strong background in start-up, execution and handover of major projects. Qualifications Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
