Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Architect to join our Building Engineering team of large-scale projects. Responsible for performing basic architectural/engineering calculations. Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables. Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups. Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required. Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets. May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project. May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel. Qualifications Here’s what we’re looking for: A Bachelor of Architecture or master's in architecture is required. Applicants are required to have between 5-10 years of experience in Architecture. Able to see the “bigger picture” and take a birds-eye view of projects. Additional Information Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) Expertise in construction detailing and concept development. Prior experience in full-fledged Revit projects. Experience in Data Center design will be a strong advantage. Background in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects highly desirable.
