What you’ll be doing We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to enhance large AI systems. Your role is hands-on and high impact. You will: Review and refine AI generated outputs on a variety of architectural and design topics Evaluate responses for technical accuracy, architectural best practices, and compliance with industry standards Draft realistic architecture scenarios, including project planning, design evaluation, regulation compliance, material selection, sustainability, and construction challenges Create variations of the same scenario from different roles, such as architect, client, contractor, or project manager Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI generated content Assess and improve AI reasoning around structured problem solving, edge cases, and application of theoretical and regulatory concepts In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI generated content by ensuring it reflects the reality of architectural practices and challenges. This is not a traditional project role. Instead of designing buildings for individual sites, your expertise will guide how AI systems understand and reason about architectural topics at scale. Your feedback will directly improve how AI performs for professional users worldwide. Who this is for You are: An architect, architectural technologist, or design specialist with several years of hands-on experience Based in the EU or UK Experienced across the architectural workflow: conceptual design, technical drawing, project coordination, regulation compliance, client communication Comfortable identifying limitations in project requirements, regulatory compliance, planning, or sustainability Familiar with current design tools, building standards, and industry regulations Available 8 to 20 hours per week Able to start in the coming weeks This role is fully remote and flexible, ideal alongside your existing professional commitments.
