We are looking for a creative and dedicated architect to join our team full-time in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain. The ideal candidate should be passionate about both exterior and interior design, with the ability to transform client requirements into practical and attractive 2D and 3D designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients/owners to understand requirements and translate them into innovative architectural concepts.
• Prepare 2D and 3D designs (plans, elevations, exterior and interior renderings) using AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop.
• Develop detailed layouts including space planning, facades, and interior/exterior drawings.
• Create professional 3D presentations to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Review feedback and implement design modifications promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical) to ensure design integration.
• Follow up on design phases until final approval from local authorities.
• Prepare submission documents and drawings for municipalities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, ensuring compliance with local systems and regulations.
• Provide innovative design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop.
• Strong skills in both exterior and interior design (2D & 3D).
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and Al Ain municipality systems and approval procedures.
• Hardworking, organized, and deadline-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred:

• Previous experience or training on projects within the UAE.
• Knowledge of sustainable and modern design practices.

• متابعة مراحل التصميم حتى اعتماد المخططات النهائية من الجهات المختصة.
• تجهيز مستندات ورسومات تقديم للبلدية في أبوظبي أو العين حسب الأنظمة المعمول بها.
• تقديم حلول تصميمية مبتكرة تراعي المتطلبات الجمالية والعملية، بالإضافة إلى الالتزام بالقوانين المحلية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية (Architectural Engineering).
• خبرة عملية من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال التصميم المعماري.
• إتقان استخدام برامج التصميم: AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop.
• القدرة على الإبداع في التصميم الخارجي والداخلي (2D & 3D).
• معرفة أو خبرة عملية بأنظمة بلدية أبوظبي والعين وإجراءات الاعتماد.
• شخصية مجتهدة، منظمة، وملتزمة بالمواعيد.
• مهارات عالية في التواصل والعمل بروح الفريق.

يفضل:

• خبرة أو تدريب سابق في مشاريع داخل دولة الإمارات.
• القدرة على تقديم حلول تصميمية حديثة ومستدامة.
