Description:
- Possess a recognized diploma/degree in Architecture with at least ten years of relevant construction experience.
- Being registered with Singapore Board of Architects would be an advantage.
- Lead architecture design and execution throughout the project cycle.
- Ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that the building plan meet the necessary building codes and regulations.
- Ensure key deadlines are met.
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
- Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures.
