We are seeking to grow our wonderful team of Architects and Technicians here at New Space Architecture as we continue to thrive within our industry. We are currently a team of 12 individuals of varying qualifications and experience but with a shared bond and respect for all team members and how they equally contribute to our shared values. Our main projects are residential clients ranging from new build dwellings, conversions and extensions however we also undertake a range of commercial projects too.
This is a great opportunity for anyone within our industry to come and say hello and find out if you might be a good fit. We are actively considering all potential candidates whether experienced qualified architects or impressive technicians with no formal qualifications.
Ultimately, the individual must be able to handle working with multiple clients on multiple jobs at once, whilst still maintaining extremely high standards and delivering great architecture throughout.

Basic requirements are:

• Minimum 3 years of technical drawing experience
• Experience with (or willingness to adapt to) company chosen CAD software - Revit
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients alike
• Ability to manage a busy workload without letting things drop
• Organised and motivated
