Are you an architect or architectural technician looking for a new opportunity in the commerical and industrial sectors?

In this varied role, you will be involved in large industrial projects and provide a complete design service from project conception to completion. Your role will include working on a range of design projects such as new build factories and the refurbishment of existing industrial buildings . You will also liaise directly with clients and create technical drawings and designs that meet building codes regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Create technical drawings and models
  • Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations including Part B, Part K, Part M
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with clients and other departments
  • Knowledge of industrial building types - steel frames, cladding
  • AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience submitting planning applications and dealing with the building control process
