Description:
We are growing and looking to fill an open Architect position! If you are an experienced Architect who is excited to bring your skills to a new work environment and have experience working in a Design/Build company, we want to hear from you!
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a registered Architect
- Proficient in Revit
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Design Build environment
- Computer skills are required to maintain written communication with clients and co-workers (MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)
- Understand project cost
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
Perform Project Design and have excellent communication skills for client interface.
DUTIES:
- Maintain lead planning and design phase of project consistent with project development schedule
- Stay abreast of the latest code changes and communicate as needed
- Provide effective design solutions for clients
- Perform preliminary and final code reviews
- Multi task and prioritize projects as needed
- Continually refresh and update job knowledge
- Accompany Business Development on client meetings
- Perform building program
- Produce preliminary, schematic design and construction documents
