Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Nordic Architect & CRM/Data Specialist will encompass oversight of all Nordic applications, including blueprints and digital risk assessment. This role will also require a strategic approach to managing architecture, ensuring high quality, compliance, and innovative solutions to enhance business performance. The Nordic Architect & CRM/Data Specialist will be a key player in supporting the commercial and medical teams by providing insights, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing CRM functionalities.
Additionally, the role is responsible for integrating and managing data across CRM systems and connected platforms, ensuring seamless communication and data flow. This role focuses on architecture, data governance, and CRM systems, particularly AstraZeneca’s Veeva CRM and related systems like Reltio, Vault PromoMats, and other global CRM integrations.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Excellent knowledge and experience in information/data governance and management.
- Strong understanding and experience with CRM systems, particularly Veeva CRM.
- Hands-on experience with data management tools such as SQL, Power Automate, and Redshift.
- Strong business partnering and influential skills, with the ability to work in complex integrated systems.
- Strong engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working with complex data systems, ensuring high data quality and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively across functions as a team player.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Degree in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as PowerBI.
- Experience working in a global organization, particularly within the pharmaceutical domain.
- Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
