Description
Design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and related modules. Define integration strategies with ERP systems (e.g., D365 F&O), third-party applications, and Azure services. Oversee data migration strategies using Data Export Service, Dataflows, and Azure Data Factory. Implement Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend CRM capabilities. Ensure security, compliance, and governance across environments, including role-based security and data protection. Drive DevOps practices for CRM deployments using Azure DevOps pipelines and automated testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Provide technical leadership to development teams on customization, configuration, and extension best practices. Role-based security, field-level security, and GDPR compliance. Knowledge of audit and monitoring tools for CRM environments. Strong knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service modules. Experience with customization and configuration: entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and plugins. Proficiency in Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI integration. Experience with Data Export Service, Azure Synapse, and Power BI for reporting and analytics. Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, solution packaging, and automated deployments. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain of D365 CRM. OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain of D365 CRM. 5+ years managing multiple projects or portfolios 3+ year(s) experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
