REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and completed projects.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• A passion for sustainability and innovation in architectural design.
• Professional licensure or certification (preferred but not mandatory).

• Develop and oversee architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using advanced architectural software.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless communication throughout project phases.
