We are seeking a highly experienced Embedded Electronics Architect with a solid background in embedded solutions and hands-on expertise in product development. This role requires ability to understand needs of different customers and to find suitable solutions to them with proper HW architecture and design. In addition, proficiency in modern tools and development processes are key experiences for this role.
It’s also good to know that we don’t offer relocation support.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of embedded HW solutions.
• Ensure modern architectures of HW design are implemented based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements.
• Work together with our customers to find the best HW design solutions for their needs and estimate needed effort for implementing them.
• Hands-on design and implementation embedded HW solutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and architects.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience in embedded electronics and hardware architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Hands-on expertise in compliance and regulatory topics.
• Experience working with customers across various industries.
• Ability to design embedded solutions for complex systems based on business and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in modern electronics design tools, simulation environments, and development processes.
• Knowledge about High speed circuit e.g. DDR memory interface
• Great communication skills in both English and Finnish.
