Awtad is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative and functional architectural solutions that enhance our properties and align with our vision of exceptional development. Your expertise will be crucial in managing all phases of the architectural design process, from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with all regulations and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating spaces that inspire and serve our clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute architectural designs, including plans, elevations, and detailed drawings. Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and assessments to inform design decisions. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project goals. Prepare and present design proposals, including renderings and specifications to stakeholders. Coordinate with contractors and consultants to oversee the execution of architectural plans. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of design projects. Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional creativity and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
