Description Discover your exciting role The Architect is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and guide the architectural team during the design/construction process. Architect will have three main customers: the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Will interface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Project Management Team, Architects, Design Leads, QA/QC Manager, and the Architectural Discipline Lead. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Trains and develops Architectural Designers in all processes/procedures/standards Coordinates, guides, and oversees the team to achieve the correct technical solutions to difficult design and client problems Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications Maintains primary accountability for all architectural designs, sharing design responsibility Mentors Interns and junior members of project teams Participates in the development of office standards and procedures Other duties as assigned Show your expertise Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required Master’s in Architecture preferred Architectural License (AIA) required Nation Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate preferred 5+ years of experience Previous experience with large projects helpful, but not necessary Experience with SketchUp/Formit is desirable Executing projects utilizing Autodesk Building System Software Experience with Design-Build a plus Experience managing teams utilizing Autodesk Building Systems Software Experience with Design-Build a plus Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
