Your responsibilities:

- Acting as the client, developing and managing construction projects

- Carrying out building maintenance measures

- Supporting freelance architects and engineers and providing construction-related advice to state agencies

- Implementing the energy and climate protection concept for state properties |

Your profile:

- Completed university degree (Diploma Engineer, Bachelor's or Master's) in Architecture, Civil Engineering – Structural Engineering, or Construction Management

- Comprehensive expertise, independence, economic thinking, and a sense of responsibility

- Knowledge of project implementation with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is desirable

- Goal-oriented and committed work ethic, communication and teamwork skills
