One of Ireland’s leading architectural practices with a legacy of great projects are seeking to recruit a Registered Architect with 7 years’+ industry experience.
Based in their Dublin city office, the Architect will work alongside a team of Architects and Architectural Technologists managing a range of multi unit medium-largescale residential developments taking them through to construction stage. Previous construction stage project experience is highly desired. In addition to residential projects, they also have a range of leisure, educational and commercial developments.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architect, who is keen to progress their career within a well-established architectural practice.

THE IDEAL ARCHITECT WILL:

  • Registered Architect holding professional membership to RIAI / RIBA
  • 7 years+ architectural experience gained within an architectural design consultancy or multidisciplinary office
  • Proven success taking projects from tender stage through to completion in accordance to current industry regulations
  • Previous site experience with the ability to undertake site inspections
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Excellent technical understanding
  • Previous project experience across residential developments is desired
  • Thorough understanding and experience working within the current planning legislations
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
  • Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
