Established multi-disciplined consulting firm is looking to add a talented Senior Project Architect to their St. Paul, Minnesota team! Responsibilities: Lead the design/development of a variety of architectural projects Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, planners, and designers Mentor/train junior staff Manage client relationships, project schedules, budgets, and team resources Oversee construction documentation, regulatory approvals, and construction administration Promote a culture of collaboration and learning within the team Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture 8+ years of experience Strong portfolio that proves design leadership and technical expertise Experience mentoring/leading a design team Proficient in Revit Salary is commensurate with experience.
