Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Architect experienced in lab design to their Minneapolis team! Responsibilities: Develop plans for lab and high-tech facilities including teaching/research Working as part of a team, develop flexible planning grids, lab organization diagram and service distribution concepts Document laboratory systems (casework, lab equipment, and lab space development) Assist with business development (proposal development, client interviews/presentations) Build/maintain client relationships Use technical expertise to lead team Mentor junior staff Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 8+ years of experience in architectural lab programming/planning Registered Architect LEED AP preferred Experience managing clients, project teams, and project processes Desire to learn more about sustainability Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software Salary is commensurate with experience.
