Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Senior Architect to their Cape Coral, Florida office! Responsibilities: Lead architectural projects from schematic design to construction administration Primary construction administration contact (conduct site visits, lead owner/contractor meetings, resolve on-site challenges) Mentor/train junior staff Present design concepts/project updates to clients Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, fire regulations, zoning laws, and accessibility requirements. Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 8+ years of professional experience Registered Architect or eligibility to complete the ARE LEED accreditation preferred Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software (Dynamo, Grasshopper) Expert knowledge of 3D modeling software Construction administration experience Salary is commensurate with experience.
