The GEC model is well embedded in Arcadis, and the strong relationships that exist between our global offices are truly unique. We are looking for an Architect II to join our team. The successful candidate will work as an integrated member of the delivery team, supporting the collection and analysis of data, the development of design solutions, and documenting the findings. He/she will act as a project resource, carrying out tasks as required by the Task Manager. Role accountabilities: Perform role in accordance with the Arcadis Behavioral Framework. Take responsibility for personal safety and adhere to Arcadis Health and Safety Principles. Act as a project resource by completing assigned activities within budget, timeframe, and quality objectives, while meeting or exceeding client expectations. Review own work to ensure it meets specified standards before submission for further checks. Assist in the development of design concepts across permit and technical phases, ensuring alignment with project goals. Develop detailed design solutions that address client and project needs, ensuring compliance with code, accessibility, and functional requirements. Prepare comprehensive drawing packages, including relevant plans, elevations, details, schedules, and specifications. Conceptualize and present design ideas through sketches, diagrams, and 3D visualizations. Research materials, building codes, and regulations to support design development and compliance. Collaborate effectively with team members and other disciplines to ensure project success. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Minimum 4 years of experience architecture design works. Experience in AutoCAD is mandatory. English language advanced skills is mandatory. Proficiency in BIM, Revit, SketchUp and Dynamo can be an advantage. Strong graphic, presentation, and writing skills. Ability to work independently, and in teams depending on the size of the projects and task. Ability to contribute to the team's digital initiative and automation of processes.
