Job Description We are seeking a visionary and experienced Architect III to lead and contribute to the Architectural Design Team. This role requires a creative design thinker with exceptional architectural design and technical skills, a deep understanding of project visioning, and a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through to schematic design phases. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of architectural concepts across a variety of project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, etc.). Support senior architects and design leads in shaping design briefs through research, analysis, and collaboration with clients and consultants. Produce high-quality design outputs, including sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and renderings, to effectively communicate design intent. Coordinate with junior team members by sharing knowledge, assisting with design tasks, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Work closely with technical teams to review feasibility and assist in transitioning concepts into detailed design stages. Stay informed on architectural trends, materials, and technologies, applying them to enhance design quality. Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and presentations as part of the project team, contributing to discussions and design reviews. Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent). Minimum 8 years of professional experience Proven ability to contribute to early-stage design on medium to large-scale projects. Strong proficiency in Revit as a core design and documentation tool; skilled in complementary software such as Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of parametric tools (e.g., Grasshopper) is an advantage. Strong freehand sketching, visual communication, and presentation abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams. Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices and ability to integrate them into project work. Additional Information Why Join Us?
