KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out, construction, or renovation projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other design tools
• Strong creative vision and technical expertise
• Knowledge of building codes, sustainability, and modern design trends
• Own vehicle with valid UAE driving license
• Based in or around Dubai

We are looking for a creative Architect to conceptualize, design, and deliver luxury residential, retail, and commercial spaces that reflect our clients’ vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renders, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and sustainability practices
• Coordinate with clients to incorporate feedback into designs
• Support site teams during project execution and resolve design challenges
