We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients. As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of various projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A recognised degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, 2D, 3D and other design software for walk through renders.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and joinery techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate discussions with clients and contractors.
  • A keen eye for detail combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in architectural design or construction is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and present architectural designs that align with client specifications and project goals.
  • Utilise software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, 2D 3D lumion, Rhinoceros 3D, Sketch, and SketchUp to create detailed drawings and models.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure favourable terms for projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for planning applications and building regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.
