- Works with liNear, Nemetschek, MS Office, MS Project, Orca AVA, and a customized digital office organization system.

Your future responsibilities

: - Project architect responsible for all service phases (LPH 1–8) according to HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers)

- Independent management of construction projects

- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams

- Handling complex construction projects with a project volume of up to €30 million (cost groups 100–700)

Your profile

: - Completed architecture degree (Diploma, Master's, or comparable engineering qualification)

- Strong commitment, independent work style, and organizational skills

- Team orientation, empathy, and an authentic, convincing personality

- Passion for architecture, building culture, and leading creative planning teams

- Professional experience is welcome, but not mandatory

- Proficient use of standard planning and CAD software in the construction industry

- Sound knowledge of tendering and contract management (AVA), ideally with ORCA AVA

- Driver's license
