Brief Profile:

We are a high-performing, traditional, and respected medium-sized company in the service sector. To strengthen our competent team, we are looking for an architect, civil engineer, or construction technician (m/f/d) for the planning and implementation of complex yet diverse projects in the areas of conversions and extensions, new buildings, building maintenance, and renovations of existing buildings.

Responsibilities / Main Tasks

• Responsibility for the successful implementation of

construction projects across all service phases

according to HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers

) • Preparation of detailed construction plans and implementation

of necessary corrections

• Adherence to budgets and deadlines

• Advising management and

executives on architectural and structural

engineering issues

• Preparation of project specifications

• Ensuring compliance with all standards,

building regulations, guidelines, and rules

• Conducting on-site inspections to

review project status and

prepare project reports

Qualifications / Main Tasks

• Completed studies as an architect,

civil engineer (m/f/d), or a comparable

qualification, such as construction technician (m/f/d)

• Experience in preparing

project cost estimates, scheduling

, and creating bills of quantities

• Confident demeanor in negotiations

and contract awarding

• Independent and solution-oriented work style

• Ideally, several years of professional experience in a similar position, but recent graduates are
