REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture (preferably with experience running or managing a design studio).
  • Proficiency in design software : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, 3ds Max / V-Ray (mandatory).
  • Experience with construction projects and knowledge of materials, finishes, and site coordination is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail .
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as billing, contracts, and time tracking.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for professional communication.
  • Experience working remotely and independently .
  • Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality renderings and completed projects .

A growing architecture studio is looking for a multitasking Interior Designer or Architect who can combine design expertise with administrative skills to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing their own studio or working independently, as well as handling contracts, billing, and project tracking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in interior design and architectural projects , ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, invoicing, billing, and time tracking software management.
  • Support project coordination , including scheduling and client communication.
  • Organize and maintain design documentation and project files.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed.
  • Ensure smooth back-office operations to keep projects running efficiently.
