Responsibilities

As an Architect – OT Service Management at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimize their production processes by leveraging ServiceNow and OT Service Management (OTSM). You will be responsible for the design and implementation of service processes that ensure the seamless integration of operational technologies (OT) with traditional IT systems. By integrating key systems, such as ServiceNow and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), you will facilitate efficient incident management, change control, and overall OTSM processes to improve operational uptime, reduce downtime, and optimize production workflows.

You will also take part in client proposition trajectories, where you will craft and present proof of concepts to demonstrate the value of integrating OT service management solutions within their existing environments. As part of your role, you will work closely with Capgemini Engineering’s global teams to deliver comprehensive, tailored smart factory solutions, ensuring consistency and scalability of services across various client locations.

  • Lead the design and implementation of OTSM processes such as change management and incident management, ensuring that they are effectively integrated with the IT systems.
  • Spearhead the ServiceNow integration, ensuring it aligns with the client’s specific needs while optimizing their Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to interface with IoT platforms.
  • Take ownership of creating and demonstrating proof of concepts during client proposition trajectories, showcasing the value and feasibility of OTSM solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with global Capgemini Engineering colleagues to deploy global services, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach to client needs.

Ensure the seamless integration of OT and IT systems, helping to drive smart factory innovations that enhance manufacturing efficiency.
